The style of this old cabinet, two doors is typically Ming. Called 'Fo Gui', Buddha wardrobe, its doors, in three sections represent the sky, the human beings in the middle and the earth.
This piece of furniture was used as a storage cabinet by a wealthy Buddhist family in the Shanxi province.
