This bronze is a reproduction of famous Yuan-Ming-Yuan twelf animal heads, 250 years old. The different animals heads belong to a part of the Spring allegory, before the buliding 'Hai-Yi-Tang' in Yuan-Ming-Yuan imperial park.
During the war in 1860, all heads disapeared from the park. Five pieces only of animal heads returned back to China after 150 years missing. Three missing pieces are still in western countries. Unfortunatly four of them are lost. is one of 12 chinese zodiac signs.
