All our prices are indicated in euros.
China Collection reserves the right to modify its prices. It is nevertheless guaranteed, that the price indicated on the site, at the time of the order remains the only one applicable to the purchaser.
No additional cost, except if the delivery of a large piece of furniture required the use of a lift (high floor, very narrow stairwell). In this case, the potential extra fees expense would be indicated to you, before the conclusion of the contract.
EuropeNo additional cost for purchase and delivery of all decorative items or small furniture parts, which our online sales system, allows you to add to your shopping cart.
Concerning the furniture, the cost of delivery has to be calculated on a case by case basis, so, we invite you to contact us by e-mail. We will send you a personalized transport quotation by return.
SwitzerlandFor all the objects of decoration or small parts of furnishing, which our system of sale on line, allows you to add to your cart, you remain indebted of the tax export and Swiss VAT. Upon receipt of the tax exemption form, we will refund you the Luxembourg VAT.

Payment methods, for European residents
We offer several payment methods to make your purchases safely. The choice is made on the order / payment information page.
Secure payment by Paypal
Paypal, world leader in online payment, allows you to pay your purchases safely.
If you have a PayPal account, choose "pay with PayPal". You will be redirected to the PayPal site to identify yourself and validate the payment.
Secure payment by credit card
Payment when you order. Transactions are secured by HiPay PCI compliant platform, which incorporates a 3D-Secure protection system.
When paying, an authorization request is transferred to your bank's server, which will open a secure window for entering the card information, then the authentication code (code received by sms).
The card number is encrypted between the browser and the payment server. Your credit card information is only stored in 3D-Secure's databases. China Collection does not receive or store any information relating to your banking data.
Payment by telephone, credit card
By phone on +352 46 73 16, Wednesday to Saturday from 10h00 to 18h00.
Payment by bank transfer
Choose "bank transfer", all the information will be indicated.
Your order will be definitively validated upon receipt of your transfer. A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you.
Payment at the reception of your order
Amount will have to be paid at the collect of your order, at the latest, in our warehouse 76, route de Thionville in Luxembourg, in cash or by credit card.
