Discover Buddhism and its influence on Chinese art

The dragon is a fire dragon, so called because according to Chinese legend it can spit fire. Inside the stove, the carving of a toad symbolises evil which has been caught by the magic stove. Heating the evil by fire is buddhist ritual. This stone was used in Buddhist temples.
